Dr. de Castro is an expert in the medical and surgical treatment of pediatric eye diseases, including amblyopia, strabismus, blocked tear ducts, pediatric eyelid problems, and pediatric cataracts. He believes in patient advocacy and education, striving to ensure that his patients and their families leave visits feeling empowered and knowledgeable about their eye conditions. He is excited to be back in Southern California, serving the children of Los Angeles. Currently, he has a privately owned practice, Pediatric Eye Care, located in Redondo Beach, CA. Outside of his professional duties, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and extended family, and his hobbies include surfing, swimming, golf, and hiking.
